VLCC has appointed Geetika Hans as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 18 years of rich HR leadership experience across MPS Limited, OYO, and Accenture, Hans will drive the wellness and beauty brand’s people and organizational strategy as the company gears up for its next phase of growth.

In her new role, Hans will be a key member of VLCC’s leadership team. She will oversee the company’s overall people strategy, including talent architecture, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Her primary focus will be on strengthening capabilities across different markets and business formats, while ensuring the workforce strategy is closely aligned with business priorities. This includes building high-performance systems and enhancing frontline capabilities to support VLCC’s expanding operations.

Extensive Experience in Global and High-Growth Organizations

Geetika Hans brings more than 18 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex and rapidly scaling businesses.

Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at MPS Limited, where she shaped the people strategy for a global workforce of over 3,000 employees.

Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership positions at OYO and Accenture. In these roles, she collaborated closely with business teams on talent transformation and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
