Donna Morris began her HR journey with a clear ambition: she set her sights on leading a large HR organisation. She joined Adobe in 2002 (via the acquisition of her earlier employer) and steadily climbed up — becoming Senior Vice President, then Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer / EVP of Employee Experience.

Throughout her tenure at Adobe, Donna re imagined how work gets done. Under her leadership, Adobe abolished the traditional annual performance review — replacing it with a “Check‑in” continuous feedback model, making appraisal more human, agile, and meaningful. She also championed progressive people policies: expanding family leave, pushing for global gender pay parity, and building an environment where inclusion and employee experience were core values.

As a result, Adobe’s workforce scaled massively — growing over 200%, expanding to 75+ global locations, while maintaining culture, fairness, and a commitment to people-first values.
