The candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.</p><p><strong>🛠 Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers</p><p>• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)</p><p>• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards</p><p>• Participate in onboarding activities and new hire documentation</p><p>• Build and maintain positive candidate relationships</p><p>• Support HR team in administrative and recruitment tasks</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• Fresher candidates residing within 15 KM of Ambattur (Ambattur, Avadi, Redhills, Korattur, nearby locations)</p><p>• Immediate joiners preferred</p>
